How long does verification take?

3 days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is verified and ready for

Can I have multiple accounts?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

What happens when my plan matures?
At maturity, your principal plus earned returns are credited to your Roxystocks wallet. You can
withdraw funds, reinvest in a new plan, or keep them in your wallet for future investments. You'll
receive email notifications before and at maturity.
Is there a maximum investment limit?
Limits vary by plan: Starter ($5,000 max), Growth ($25,000 max), Pro ($100,000 max), and
Enterprise (unlimited). For investments exceeding these limits, please contact our Enterprise team

Can I change my investment plan?
Once an investment is active, the plan terms are locked. However, you can cancel and withdraw
early (subject to reduced returns) and reinvest in a different plan. For future investments, you
can choose any available plan.
